Finland´s Chef of the Year 2025 competition was filled with unforgetable moments and
earned sous chef Otto Hietamies a well-deserved silver medal.

To celebrate this achievement, we invite you to experience a festive menu that
captures the essence of his journey and dishes inspired by the landscapes of Lapland,
blending pure northern ingredients with contemporary culinary artistry.

Through this menu, you’ll discover the subtle nuances of Otto’s competition creations,
