For one weekend only, meet Lasse, the "Reindeer Master" and Head Chef from Lapland Hotels Pallas, at Lapland Hotels Bulevardi in Helsinki. Lasse will be serving freshly smoked reindeer directly to our breakfast guests.
Joining us at Kultá Kitchen & Bar is Lasse Hyvärinen from Pallas, bringing with him the finest reindeer flavours of the fells. Originally from Muonio, Lasse's cooking is rooted in honest flavours, high-quality ingredients, and the stories of the North – all reflected in every dish he prepares.
During breakfast, you'll hear stories about Lapland, reindeer herding, and life in the fells from someone who truly knows the North firsthand. Expect authentic flavours, warm encounters, and a touch of Lapland magic. This is a breakfast experience you won't find every weekend.
